Local Feast Long Table Dinner
LOCAL FEAST LONG TABLE DINNER; An elegant, locally inspired, five course, al fresco feast in the mountains
Help us celebrate Panorama’s 55th birthday at this stunning long table, al fresco feast right in the heart of the upper village.
This casually elegant, five course dinner features locally sourced ingredients from the Columbia Valley and East Kootenays. Dishes will be served family style right to our outdoor long table for a decadent community feast surrounded by the mountains.
Taynton Bay Spirits will also be on hand sampling mini-cocktails and their fine liquors.
This is a 19+ event as tickets include wine. This is a fine dining evening but that doesn’t mean you need to dress up. Plaid and jeans are perfectly acceptable at this casually elegant mountain affair.
$95 per person (+gst) includes five courses, BC wine, live music and gratuity.
Doors open at 6:15PM, Taynton Bay will be hosting a tasting with the first course until 7PM when the seated portion of dinner will be served.
Weather permitting, this event will take place outdoors, in the heart of Panorama’s upper village. If the weather is not looking favourable we will move the event inside the Great Hall.
Hailing from Invermere, Big Eli B Blues Band is all homegrown. With a blues/rock sound influenced by rockabilly, country, folk, southern rock and jazz, this band will have you tapping your toes. Frontman Eli Beingessner’s commanding voice and wild, melodic guitar work make for an electric performance that has gained him acclaim in the industry as an up-and-coming bluesman.
Chef Daniel Goldsmith has sourced the best flavours and producers in the Columbia Valley to craft this decadent five course menu. Each course stars flavours and produce from this region, and is complimented by BC wines.
This is a community style dinner so all five courses will be served to share.
