YOUR FAVORITE PLACES - RADIUM HOT SPRINGS, B.C.

I would like to recommend
a hidden gem called the Sunset Motel, located in Radium Hot springs, to TS readers,
particularly if they are looking for a “home away from home” in this area. I
have stayed in many hotels and motels but have yet to find a lodging containing as many
treasures as does this motel
It has a mountain backdrop, is very well maintained, quiet and rather romantic. Inside the
one-, two- and three-bedroom units guests are immediately impressed with the loving care
that has gone into every room. Each unit contains many items - fans, baskets, silk flower
arrangements - created by the owner.
Many of the units contain kitchenettes which are modern and well-equipped. Barbecues and
picnic tables in the private courtyard allow guests to enjoy the outdoor surrounding.
The owners, Bert and Renata LeClair, are a charming couple who take great pride in making
sure their guests are made welcome and comfortable. It is apparent from the books left
inside each room for guest comments that many visitors return time and time again.
