Its name is Eagle Ranch - a distinctive, master-planned resort community amid the rugged, unspoiled splendour of BC's Columbia Valley. With access to Lake Windermere, the Columbia River and more outdoor adventures, Eagle Ranch immerses you in unique experiences that far transcend the ordinary. The resort's centrepiece: eighteen magical holes of golf perched along ancient bluffs overlooking the Columbia River; a stirring setting made even more dramatic by its Rocky and Purcell Mountain views.
Over the next few years, Eagle Ranch will evolve into a world-class destination resort, its intimate village centre bustling with activity and its boutique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and lodge hotel wrapped up in a level of service that's second to none. A limited number of luxury condominiums and secluded homesites are the finishing touches on this world-class sanctuary.
Eagle Ranch is being developed by Stone Creek Properties, whose sole purpose is to create world-class resort communities in Mother Nature's most breathtaking places while preserving her delicate balance. "We have a fundamental respect for what nature has to offer," says Guy Turcotte, President & CEO. "Respect for the environment and appreciation of all its gifts is what our guests expect, and it's what we as a company believe in. It's what we deliver."
Standing out at Eagle Ranch is Saliken, a fine dining venue that pays homage, both in name and in spirit, to the magnificent mountains that embrace the resort.
Saliken was the word by which early First Nations referred to the mountain ranges that punctuate the Columbia Valley skyline. The restaurant's extraordinary menu is complemented by dramatic decor including custom-crafted log furniture and wooden centerpieces carved by local artisan Brian Hoffos and a natural wood fireplace.
