Standing out at Eagle Ranch is Saliken, a fine dining venue that pays homage, both in name and in spirit, to the magnificent mountains that embrace the resort.

Saliken was the word by which early First Nations referred to the mountain ranges that punctuate the Columbia Valley skyline. The restaurant's extraordinary menu is complemented by dramatic decor including custom-crafted log furniture and wooden centerpieces carved by local artisan Brian Hoffos and a natural wood fireplace.
