Sun City Coachlines runs a shuttle bus daily leaving from Radium Hot Springs to Cranbrook. The shuttle leaves from the Radium Esso station at 8:45 AM and arrives back at the Esso Station at 9:55 PM.
The Village of Radium Hot Springs is in the "Mountain Time Zone", where as, most of British Columbia is in the "Pacific Time Zone." Mountain Time is one hour later than Pacific Time. You'll want to keep this in mind when making Golf Tee-Time Reservations, etc
